Cancel Membership

Before canceling your membership, please review our policy details carefully:

• 30-Day Notice Period: Cancellation requests require a 30-day written notice. If your next scheduled invoice falls within the next 30 days, that payment will be processed as scheduled, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
• Alternatives: Remember you can pause your membership for up to 90 days if you're traveling or recovering from an injury (see our Pause Page).
• No Refunds: Membership payments are processed automatically and are non-refundable once billed.
