Getting started with CrossFit requires all new members to learn our fundamental movements and skills that will be applied in classes. We offer (3) 1-hour Fundamental sessions as private coaching sessions to be completed within 2 weeks. We want to ensure you get personalized attention focusing on your needs before jumping into classes.
Private Fundamental coaching will help you transition into our classes with an emphasis on technique, proper scaling, how to improve mobility, and motivating you to improve your overall fitness.
