Description: 321 yoga is a one-hour complimentary class for our current members and $15 drop-in for non-members. Instructor Beth Hill takes you through a gentle vinyasa flow-style that is perfect as a recovery aid from your daily workouts. Improve your range of motion and mobility with poses designed for athletes of all levels. Feel good, body, mind, and soul!

  • Sessions: 1 hour in length
  • Days: Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Time: 7pm - Check our website and Facebook for any schedule changes.
  • Cost: Classes are complimentary to 321 members - Drop in $15
