Description: Once you have completed the Fundamentals Program you are ready for the WOD (workout of the day) class. Now that you understand proper technique, we can now place focus on intensity. Clients come from all backgrounds and fitness levels, so we expect that participants will progress at different rates. Our programming allows us to scale workouts, which becomes extremely valuable to ensure that everyone can experience the proper workout intensity. All classes are instructor led so the coaching continues even beyond Fundamentals regardless of how long you have been a member. Coaches are experienced in modifying movements to fit every individual's needs even in a group setting. All of our classes have a mix of participants of all ages and fitness levels.
