Description: New to fitness or it has been a while? This class is for you. Our Get Fit class runs in 6 week sessions focusing on getting fit, losing fat, nutrition, support, and having fun! This one hour class is designed for someone that is new to exercise, or maybe has not been exercising for a long time and wants that jump start back into being healthy. We offer nutritional guidelines with online food logging available. If you are concerned that you do not know the movements or have never exercised, this is a great program to join! There is no pressure only support to do the best to your ability. All movements are scalable. Certified and supportive coaches to help you scale movements and move at your own pace. This a wonderful and positive group that helps keep you accountable. This is a great place to start if you are not sure if you are ready for Bootcamp or Fundamentals.
