Description: You are invited to try our FREE class every Saturday and the last Wednesday of every month. This class is a great introduction for those new to CrossFit. We urge you to join the fun and become a part of our supportive community. All movements can be modified so everyone can expect a fun and great workout. You can attend as many free Saturday and last Wednesday of the month workouts as you'd like and there is no obligation to become a member, however we do require everyone who attends this class to read and sign our waiver.
