Typically Tabata is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. What is the “Plus”? The Plus is the opportunity for your trainers to work on core, mobility, stability, balance. We will assign weekly challenges that may be geared towards exercise or nutrition.
Your trainer(s) will warm the class as a group, motivate and correct movements, and bring the class through a cool down. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MOVEMENTS CAN BE MODIFIED.
Some exercises you may expect are with dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, bikes, rowers, wall balls, box jumps or steps, and much more. This a NO barbell class.
