HIIT & Burn is a total body conditioning class that incorporates high-intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises, and dumbbell weight training. In this hour members will burn fat while increasing their metabolic rate, sculpt muscles with weighted and non-weighted exercises.
Your trainer(s) will warm the class as a group, motivate and correct movements, and bring the class through a cool down. Some exercises you may expect are with dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, bikes, rowers, wall balls, box jumps or steps, and much more. This a no barbell class.
Please note that all movements can be modified.
