Description: CrossFit Kids workouts consist of functional movements that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play! Using games, obstacle courses, and other engaging activities, kids pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a CrossFit Kids Trainer.

  • Sessions: 1 hour in length (Please check online schedule).
