Description: This one hour class is designed to jump start your fitness goals with no pre-requisite to join - you can begin right away! Our programming incorporates the best from CrossFit, kettlebell, HIIT, and traditional sports conditioning into our highly effective classes. Participants who train with us will improve endurance, strength and overall health and fitness; all while losing body fat, inches, and gaining confidence.

  • Sessions: First Monday of every Month.
  • Days: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
  • Time:6pm
  • Cost:$75/per month or $130/2 per months
