CrossFit 321 School of Strength & Conditioning

When: June 24th to August 16th (8 weeks)*

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays,& Fridays

Program/Time/Cost: Junior Varsity Level / 12:00pm- 1:00pm / $149
Program/Time/Cost: Varsity & Collegiate Level / 1:00pm- 3:00pm / $199

The Crossfit 321 School of Strength and Conditioning is a non-sport specific 8 week strength and conditioning program designed to increase overall athletic potential for jr. high-school, high-school, and college athletes. Coaches will be on hand to instruct and ensure movements will be executed properly as well as lead classes. Crossfit will serve as a foundation for the conditioning portion of this program, but an emphasis will also be placed on olympic lifting, powerlifting, and bodyweight based movements. We offer two levels so all athletes can benefit from summer training.

JV level accepting athletes from Jr. high and high school. Minimum 12 years of age.
Varsity level accepting athletes from high-school and college.
